What do Farmers expect from the Government? Is it possible to make a Common Man RICH?

Farmer can be easily freed from the clutches of loans from various agencies. Example of a politician is quite important to understand how to become rich in a few years. Contractors and traders also know ways and means to make money. They take little more time though. In fact the government should make provision of training classes from these successful persons to farmers. Once the farmers are well trained there is no need to waive off loans taken by farmers. In fact the situation could be reversed. However, in democracy no one can be forced even for good cause. Hence we must consider some time consuming solutions too.
