Two Ways to Integrate India (Democracy)

Diversity is strength of India. In fact it should be in every country all over the world. There is no need to unify Indian culture. Integration is needed of hearts and not brains. Indians need to follow the well traded path of understanding others with different religion or caste or place of living or any other difference. This understanding ensured that No external power succeeded in converting Indians to their religion. This means only a few accepted foreign religion but a large majority still followed Indian religions.

Facilities For a Common Man (Development)

Almost at every place in India cost of shelters is increasing many folds. The major reason is land cost is going up in geometric progression. Increase in construction cost may be taken care off but not land cost. Land cost is following general law i.e. demand and supply. Day by day demand is increasing while supply dwindles. This is because both population and requirements are increasing where as area remains unchanged.

Use Power To Integrate India And Not For Making Vote Bank

Can Government give permission to private builders/developers to construct 1 floor in each of four floors in building for which floor area shall not be considered while estimating fsi for the building. Accommodation constructed on these floors i.e. where floor area is not included while estimating fsi for whole building, shall be used for following purposes.

Public Private Partnership i.e. PPP:

The government relies more on private partnership due to non-availability of adequate funds for development work. This is a welcome move. In fact Indians could not even dream of getting good roads in a short time of just a few years or months. However, there is a need to modify this policy. Off late citizens are complaining about the toll collected by the private party who constructed highways. Government does neither stop collection nor justifying the collection. This must stop. Government must make a policy for PPP so that neither of the parties loose nor suffer monetary loss.

Town Planning in Smart City

Development of villages/towns/cities is undertaken for centuries. However, it is noticed by a common man that same mistakes or shortcomings are repeated over and over again. Some examples are non availability of safe footpath/sidewalk for use by pedestrians, non availability of public sanitary facilities within reach; specially for women, absence of traffic control etc. Although, solution can be easily found for these needs, in practice these are always neglected. Negligence can be considered as main hindrance. Space can be found even in existing places. New places must be planned considering all needs irrespective whether big or small, less or more important etc. Common man expects many things from smart city. You may glance at expectations.  In development of villages or rurl area there is an inescapable need of educating villagers about the government plans. All social workers and those in administration must give due consideration to this need.

Vote Bank and Faith of Politician in India

Vote Bank and Faith of Politician in India

Vote Bank
Since independence vote bank politics is the short cut to power. Politicians have divided citizens in groups basically based on religion and caste. There are other criteria also to form groups. These groups are formed so that the group votes for a specific politician or political party. Groups are easier to lure and satisfy group demand(s). Voting is not compulsory so only certain groups vote in the election. Naturally a politician, who is successful in forming group and ensuring the group votes, wins election. In Indian constitution there is no provision to ensure that almost all vote in the election. Hence forming group and luring them to vote has become short cut to power.  Vote bank is possible only when a portion of voters vote. If 100% voters exercise their right it would be difficult for politicians to win election based on vote bank. There are some more complications like Aya Ram-Gaya Ram, which need to be resolved for smooth functioning of democracy.

Help others is Religion

Help others is Religion:
Fundamental Philosophy of religion is “Help Others”. Survival needs strength to fight and win over enemies. Individual strength has limits but no limit for collective strength. More the number greater is the strength. This means group strength is greater than individual strength. It’s obvious that a person would help other person provided he/she is certain that as and when help is needed the same shall be available. Thus help others is a slogan for making a group and ensuring its survival. Thus there had been a need to have some understanding among persons so that possibility of survival of every person improves. Possibly this had been the basis for religion. We can easily conclude that there is a single religion with fundamental philosophy of “help others”

Safety of School Going Children

Safety of School Going Children:
School Children

Lokshahi Aavshyak SudharNa

CONSTITUTION of INDIA

My Expectations from the Government

My Expectations from the Government:
It is claimed that ex IAS officer Shri Godbole in his book referred to an incidence in which late Yashwantrao Chavan then Finance minister suggested to then prime minister late Indira Gandhi to carry out demonetization. However, Indira Gandhi didn’t accept it saying it would result in voters parting with her political party. Presently bothe politicians are no more and it is difficult to decide how much is truth in the statement in the book. It is not clear why NaMoJi needed support of this? Further, presently resources available to carryout war against black money are improved to a great extent. There are thousands of experts available to NaMoJi because he is the prime minister of our great country. He could have taken action systematically so that goal could have achieved without placing citizens in queues and allowing them to die. Even if generation of black money in future would have been the aim it could have been achieved through a solution I found here.

Is there a solution to fulfil public demand & provide a solution for these demands and future demands also while integrating India?

Near past shows that citizens are asking for reservation in education & jobs and mostly in politics also. This is leading to widening of gap among various religions-castes-languages-states. There is urgent need to find a solution and implement it. Swami Vivekananda had thought over this problem during 19th century. Great social workers like Mahatma Gandhi did work on this problem. However, we do not have a political leader with adequate strength to implement the solution suggested/recommended by our great social leaders.

Expectations from Ruling Political Party

BJP claims to be a political party with difference. I take it BJP is different from all other political parties and works for nation and citizens. If that is so BJP must prove it through her actions. I would request BJP to undertake these jobs to prove her claim is right:-
1.   Loyalty of politicians must be given highest priority. Politicians must be loyal to themselves meaning either they join a party and remain loyal to that party or remain an independent candidate in politics. This loyalty must be checked at the time of filing application for contesting election. Politician must be loyal for a period of at least 6 years. If loyalty is changed from the date of change the politician must not be allowed to contest any election for a period of 6 years. As far as democracy is concerned this provision shall solve all difficulties including “Aya Ram GayaRam”. More here:
