India has to face basically 3 challenges. These are:-

1.            Integration.

2.            Integrity

3.            Education-Training

Some may add more to this list. However, little consideration would prove that any other point is integral part of these 3 challenges. As an example consider security and development. It can be easily proved that if above 3 challenges are taken care of, for ensuring security and development no special efforts would be necessary. Let me explain the 3 challenges listed above.

We claim India is a nation where in spite of diversity it is one nation. Credit for this goes to our ancient culture. Unity in diversity is our slogan. However, political leaders are working against this. They are dividing India in small groups based on geographical area, language, religion, caste etc. Their favourite work is offer reservations to various castes. Some go to the extent of partial reservation say no reservation in politics but reservation in education and government service. This is leading India to disintegrate. A solution is needed to stop this.

Integrity of Indians is high. Irrespective of caste or creed Indians love their country. However, there is a small group who works against this and disturb peace of citizens. These groups are under different names like Maoist, Naxalites, and Extremists etc. Every Indian must take care and ensure the nation is always safe for legitimate citizens. Those who have no faith in the country should either be expelled or killed.

Knowledge is most important for safe and honourable life. Knowledge is not information. Children think knowledge is information so they try to remember information for passing examination. This is not a way to acquire knowledge. It needs capacity to analyse information, understand logical meaning and arrive at conclusion. Such a solution would be used under similar situation in life. This need education and practice. Repeating a process makes a person expert. Education is needed to make a person expert in analysis. Training makes a person skilled in specific field. In order to make a society knowledgeable education and training is needed for every person. This is not provided in school alone. Person learns and practices in every field of life. However, equal opportunities are never available to all. Role of the government starts here. The government must provide facilities to ensure every one in the society gets equal opportunity.

Election Process

Every voter must make a table as given below to find the most suitable candidate for voting. In case none of the candidate secures minimum marks prescribed by the voter in advance the only choice for voting is (N)o(O)ne from (T)he list (A)bove (NOTA).
