It is claimed that India possesses an unbelievably rare quality i.e. unity with diversity. No other nation on earth has such a quality. In spite of differences other nations are united together in absence of caste system. Hence,India also can be integrated by demolishing caste system. If this is achieved not only nations like Pakistan but also nations like USA shall think hundreds of time before talking about India. Unity in diversity is our week point and hence, even Pakistan is teasing India. Major aspect of diversity is caste system which is unique for India. Religion also is another obstacle. However, many religions is a misconception. There exists only a single religion and this universal religion is based on principle of “Help Others”. Unfortunately general public understands religion from rules/laws preached by founders of religion. There is inescapable necessity to lay down rules or laws to be followed by every member of the society. Society is formed to increase strength to fight with enemy. Larger the society higher is the strength had been rule in olden days because fighting was more or less solely dependent on physical strength. Member in society were united with basic principle of “Help Others”. There are many occasions where a common man fails to understand to whom he should help. As an example take a situation of two persons running on a road. One runs to save himself from other chasing with a weapon in hand. The one who is chased comes to a crossing and takes different road to avoid the person chasing him. When the person with weapon chasing the first one arrives at the crossing he fails to see his prey and hence needs information. He asks about the direction taken by the person being chased. To give information in such a tricky situation is difficult. If information is refused it is likely that the person would kill, if correct direction is shown the person being chased may get killed. Hence, one side truth and other side life is tricky situation. To deal with such situations guidance is needed. Such guidance was provided at certain time for society living in certain place by intelligent and selfless persons who had good knowledge of the society. Such persons existed at different time at different places in different societies. Hence we have many more religions. Efforts are needed to educate people all over the world with fundamental principle of religion i.e. “Help Others” Reason behind many religions also can be explained for easy assimilation by citizens all over the world. Stress must be given on common fundamental philosophy of every religion and reasons for different rules/laws followed under so called different religions.

Laws of Religion

Intelligent persons did not stop after making rules/laws within the framework of fundamental principle of religion. They knew making/preaching rules/laws is not enough/effective unless these are followed. All of them devised same concept of the god although different religions were established at different places at different time and for different societies. They made the god almighty, omnipresent, invisible and expert in maintaining records and giving justice to the work done by every individual in the society. Thus the god was given 2 tasks viz policing, passing judgement, rewarding or punishing and ensuring none from the society could verify whether the god exists or not. Whatever the persons who established a faith, did meant for integrating society and ensure that it could survive to enemy attacks. In India presently it is happening against this principle and hence, needs rectification.

 India should change the strategy to integrate society like Shree

Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

Shiv Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj did in 17^th century. Our unbelievably rare quality i.e. unity with diversity is not enough. We need to integrate as one society and no walls like caste/religion. We may not be able to achieve full integration in the beginning of change but slowly we can proceed towards the goal. We have plus point of family i.e. family after marriage. Therefore it is good idea to encourage inter caste/religion marriages. In order to give highest encouragement we could take advantage of reservations given to certain categories of castes. We should convert this obstacle in to opportunity. We need to make certain rules which can offer reservation to a person belonging to caste which is not eligible for reservation. More encouragements also should be considered. For integrating country and making whole nation as one society. For example flats in a society at construction price. This is possible for the government with spending small amount to provide services. Land cost can be made zero by not counting floor space area of such flats. No sacrifice can be considered as enough.

Certain rules like given here are necessary to streamline the procedure. Examples are

1)   Reservation authorised for any of the six personsmeaning 2 parents and 4 grandparents is applicable to child/grandchild.

2)   Selection of reservation shall be left to the mother of the child till the child becomes 18 years old and the child after attaining the age of 18.

3)   Mother and the child can use this option individually only once in the lifetime of the child.

4)   While writing full name of the child, first name should be that of child, middle name that of his/her mother and last name should be that of father of the child. This name shall not be changed after marriage.

5)   If parents of the child are from different castes i.e. one authorised for reservation and the other not authorised for reservation then the child should have only one identity i.e. “Indian”. If both are in same category of caste then present system should continue.

6) If there is good response to this then every person in India shall have recognition as Indian. 

This means 

1. . After certain time none shall be eligible for reservation.
2.   There shall be no reason to ask for reservation in future.

This is how India can become an integrated society with no parallel in the world.

एकसंघ भारतः-

भारताला आवश्यकता आहे एकात्मतेची. संपूर्ण भारत हा एक समाज झाला तर भारताची ताकद जगात सर्वश्रेष्ठ होईल व पाकिस्तानच काय अमेरिकासुद्धा भारताबद्दल बोलताना शंभर वेळा विचार करेल. विविधतेतून एकात्मतेचा आपण कितीही गजर करत असलो तरी ही तथाकथित विविधता भारताला वाकवित आहे. पाकिस्तानसारखे राष्ट्र सुद्धा भारताच्या खोडी काढते. या विविधतेमागील मुख्य कारणआहे भारतातील निरनिराळ्या जाती व धर्म. या जोखडातून जो पर्यंत भारत बाहेर पडत नाही तो पर्यंत सोम्या गोम्या थप्पड मारत राहणार व आपण केविलवाणा चेहरा करून “अनंते ठेविले तैसेच राहावे” हा मंत्र पुटपुटत राहणार. सर्वांना एका धर्मात आणता येणार नाही. परंतु, वैश्विक धर्म काय आहे त्याचा प्रसार तरी करता येईल व तथाकथित धर्मा धर्मामधील अंतर जरी पूर्णपणे मिटविता आले नाही तरी निदान शून्याच्या जास्तीत जास्त जवळ आणता येईल. 

श्री शिव छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज

श्री शिव छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराजानी जे 17व्या शतकात केले ते आपण 21व्या शतकात करू शकत नाही हे पुरुषत्वाचे लक्षण नाही.
सुरक्षितेच्या मुद्यावर माणूच काय पशू पक्षी सुद्धा कळप करून राहतात. कारण प्रत्येकाला आपली ताकद कितीही वाढविता आली तरी ती समूहाच्या ताकदीशी कधीही बरोबरी करू शकणार नाही. हे त्रिकालाबाधित सत्य आहे. असे समूह मानवाने निरनिराळ्या ठिकाणी निरनिराळ्या वेळी निर्माण केले. त्यांना एकसंघ राखण्याकरिता आपल्या पूर्वजानी दोन नामी उपाय केले. हे उपाय ज्यांना सुचले व ज्यांनी राबविले त्यांना व्यवस्थापनातील अत्युच्च पदवी दिली तर त्यामुळे त्या पदवीची प्रतिष्ठा वाढेल. हे दोन उपाय म्हणजे धर्म व देव यांची निर्मिती. धर्माच्या संकल्पने पाया “एकमेका सहाय्य करू। अवघे धरू सुपंथ” या तत्वावर आधारित आहे. एकमेकांना सहाय्य केले तरच ऐन वेळेला एकीचे बळ रक्षण करण्यास उपयोगी पडेल. समाज एकसंघ राहावा व टिकून राहावा या करिता धर्माची कल्पना राबवावी लागली. सर्वसाधारणपणे तत्व समजून व्यवहाक करणे हे बहुतांश लोकाकरिता अवघड आहे. व्यवहारात असे कित्येक प्रसंग येतात की त्यामध्ये कसे वागावे हे सर्वसामान्यांना समजत नाही. उदाहरणार्थ सत्य बोलावे हे तत्व हे मारेकऱ्याच्या बाबतीत कसे वापरावे? हे ठरविणे अवघड असते. जर कसाई गायीचा पाठलाग करत असेल व त्याला गाय कोठल्या दिशेने गेली हे माहित करुन घ्यावयाचे असेल तर त्याला असत्य दिशा दाखविणे श्रेयस्कर असते असे ज्ञानी लोक सांगतात. म्हणजेच सर्वसामान्यांना निरनिराळ्या प्रसंगात कसे वागावे याचे नियम ज्ञानी लोकानी बनविणे अत्यावश्यक आहे. जरी सर्व धर्मांचा पाया (म्हणजेच तत्वज्ञान) एकच असला तरी नियम हे त्या काळातील समाजाकरिता त्यावेळची परिस्थिती विचारात घेऊनच बनविणे भाग आहे. यामुळे पृथ्वीवर निरनिराळ्या ठिकाणी निरनिराळ्या वेळी निरनिराळ्या समाजाकरिता निरनिराळे धर्म त्या त्या समाजातील ज्ञानी व्यक्तिनी स्थापन केले. याचा अर्थ एवढाच की, ज्ञानी, निस्वार्थी तसेच ज्यांना समाजाची संपूर्ण माहिती आहे अशा व्यक्तिनी योग्य नियम बनविले. त्याचबरोबर या नियमावरून कोठल्याही धर्माची इतर धर्माबरोबर तुलना होऊ शकत नाही कारण प्रत्येक धर्म निरनिराळ्या ठिकाणी, निरनिराळ्या कालावधीत निरनिराळे समाज समोर ठेऊन स्थापन झाला आहे. धर्माबद्दल सविस्तर लिहण्याचे कारण की सध्या जगभरात धर्माला अनन्यसाधारण महत्व दिले जात आहे. जर सर्वांना वैश्विक धर्म समजावून पटवून दिला तर सर्व जग सुद्धा एवटू शकते. भारताने निदान आपल्यापुरते पहावे. सर्व समाज एकसंघ करणे म्हणजे जाती व वर्ग या मधील भेदभाव मिटवून सर्वांनी वैश्विक धर्म समजून घ्यावा व स्वतःच्या धर्माला इतर धर्माबरोबरीचे मानावे. या करिता दोन गोष्टींचा उपयोग होऊ शकतो. पहिली गोष्ट म्हणजे समाजातील कोठलीही व्यक्ती कोठल्याही दुसऱ्या व्यक्तिच्या शेजारी राहू शकणे व दुसरी गोष्ट म्हणजे समाजातील अनुरुप वधू-वधूवरांचे लग्न करताना जाती-धर्माचा अडथळा दूर करणे. पहिली गोष्ट साध्य करणे शहरामध्ये सहज शक्य आहे. 

बांधकाम चालू असलेल्या सदनिका

बांधकाम व्यवसायिक जेंव्हा सदनिका बांधतात त्यांना जर चार मजपैकी एका मजल्यावरील सदनिका झोपडपट्टीत राहणाऱ्या लोकांकरिता बांधण्यास भाग पाडावे. त्याच्यावर आर्थिक बोजा मात्र टाकू नये. त्याकरिता अशा सदनिकाकरिता जी जागा वापरली जाईल ती चटईक्षेत्र ठरवितांना विचारात घेऊ नये व बांधकाम खर्च ज्यांना सदनिका दिल्या जातील त्यांनी द्यावा. शासनावर थोडा भार पडेल. परंतु तो सोसणे सामाजिक एकतेकरिता अनिवार्य आहे. खेड्यामध्ये शासनाला पूर्णपणे खर्चाची तजवीज करावी लागेल. दुसरा मुद्दा सोडविणे राखीव जागांच्या तजविजेमुळे सोपा झाला आहे. यामध्ये छोटा बदल करावा. राखीव जागा व्यक्तिच्या जातीवर न देता त्या व्यक्तिच्या पुढील सहा पैकी कोणाही एका व्यक्तिच्या जातीवर द्यावी. त्या साठी काही नियम करुन पाळावे लागतील. 

1. (१) मूल जन्मल्यावर त्याची ओळख फक्त भारतीय अशी असावी
2. (२) त्याचीराखीव जागाकरिता पात्रता ठरविण्याकरिता त्याचे आई-वडिल-आजी-आजोबा या सहापैकीकोणाही एकाची जात विचारात घ्यावी. 
3. (३) हा जात ठरविण्याचा अधिकार मूल १८ वर्षाचे होई पर्यंत मुलाच्या आईला व १८ वर्षाचे झाल्यावर त्या मुलाला असावा 
4. (४) आई तसेच मूल याना जात ठरविण्याचा अधिकार प्रत्येकी फक्त मुलाच्या आयुष्यात एकदाच वापरता यावा. 
5. (५) मुलाचे संपूर्ण नांव लिहताना प्रथम मुलाचे नांव नंतर आईचे नांव व शेवटी वडिलांचे नांव असे लिहावे.
6. (६) आई-वडिल एका जातीचे (किंवा एकाच श्रेणीचे म्हणजे अनुसुचित जाति, अनुसुचित जनजाति, भटक्या जाति, ओबीसी किंवा आरक्षणाला अपात्र) असतील तर मुलाला ती जात मिळावी. परंतु वेगळ्या जातीचे असतील तर मात्र ते मूल भारतीय म्हणूनच ओळखले जावे. 

या प्रकारे जातीबाहेर लग्नाला उत्तेजन द्यावे. यामुळे जातीचे उच्चाटन तर होईलच वर धर्माबद्दलही लोक उदार होतील. सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे राखीव जागा मागण्याचे कारणच उरणार नाही. या प्रकारे सर्व आंदोलने संपुष्टात आणता येतील व सर्वात महत्वाचे म्हणजे भारत एकसंघ राष्ट्र होईल.
