              रहदारीला शिस्त लावण्याकरिता कायदा करणे आवश्यक आहे. कायदा बनविण्यापूर्वी वाहने जप्त करणे शक्य होणार नाही. दुसरी गोष्ट जो पर्यंत पैसा अस्तित्वात आहे तो पर्यंत वाहने जप्त होणे शक्य नाही. त्या करिता असा कायदा असावा की. बीआरटी लेन मध्ये जर खाजगी वाहना सोबत अपघात झाला तर अपघातग्रस्याना कुठलीही आर्थिक मदत मिळणार नाही. इन्शुरन्स कंपनी कडून सुद्धा. असा कायदा केला तरच त्याचा परिणाम दिसून येईल.

              बीआरटी लेन में वैयक्तिक वाहन आने नही चाहिये. यह लेन खास बस के लिये बनी है। मगर इस में खाज़गी वाहन कोई ले जाता है तो वह बंद करने के लिये कानून आवश्यक है। कानून के बिना किसि को रोकना असंभव है। यदी वाहन जप्ती का कानून होता है तो उस का असर शून्य होगा. ऐसा कानून चाहिये की इस लेन में खाज़गी वाहन को कोई क्षति पहुँचती है तो वाहन मालिक को कोई भी आर्थिक मद़़द नही मिलेगी। इन्शुरन्स कंपनीसे भी नही। इस तरह़ का कानून ही ऐशी दुर्घटना पर काबू रख़ सकता है।

              BRT lane is specially constructed for public buses to improve traffic speed and attract passengers to public transport. This helps in economy and pollution. However, private vehicle users misuse this lane. They could be stopped by implementing special law for use of this road (lane) by public vehicles. In absence of a law confiscating and auctioning vehicles found shall not produce result. only thing would be stake for the offence if caught would be quite high. 

A better law would be to stop compensation even from the insurance company in case of an accident. Such rule/law must be passed by the government. Bus drivers of BRT buses shall ensure that two/three wheelers and cars shall never be seen in the lane reserved for BRT.
