My Expectations from the Government:
It is claimed that ex IAS officer Shri Godbole in his book referred
to an incidence in which late Yashwantrao Chavan then Finance minister
suggested to then prime minister late Indira Gandhi to carry out demonetization.
However, Indira Gandhi didn’t accept it saying it would result in voters
parting with her political party. Presently bothe politicians are no more
and it is difficult to decide how much is truth in the statement in the book.
It is not clear why NaMoJi needed support of this? Further, presently resources
available to carryout war against black money are improved to a great extent.
There are thousands of experts available to NaMoJi because he is the prime
minister of our great country. He could have taken action systematically so
that goal could have achieved without placing citizens in queues and allowing
them to die. Even if generation of black money in future would have been the
aim it could have been achieved through a solution I found here.

There is one more aspect to this. NaMoJi promised to every voter to deposit Rs.
15 Lakh in every individual’s account which is still pending.
I
came across a scientific method for selection of candidate for voting. Method
is simple. Every voter must prepare list of qualities/capabilities he/she
expects from the candidate and give marks to all candidates contesting
election. It can be found here:
I
suggest every voter should follow this and the most important quality for the
candidate should be his/her faith. Faith doesn’t mean religion but his
confidence in a political party or no political party. My belief is those who
are faithful at least for continuous period of SIX years on the day of voting should
be voted. Some candidates delay in changing faith to take advantages of their
present post are most undesirable for voting and this criterion alone is enough
to discard such politicians.

त्याचा उपयोग स्वतःची चूक झाकण्याकरिता केला आहे. असे वाचनात आले. पहिला
प्रश्न सत्यतेचा. पुस्तकात लिहले सर्व १००% खरे
असलेच पाहिजे का? दुसरा मुद्दा
असा की, नमोजींना काँग्रेसच्या
काठीची आश्यकता का भासली? तिसरा
मुद्दा सध्याच्या टेक्नोसॅव्ही युगात सर्जिकल स्ट्राईक करताना पद्धतीत बदल
करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही काय? नमोजी
देशाचे पंतप्रधान आहेत. त्यांच्या दिमतीला हजारो तज्ञ आहेत. असे
असताना सर्वसाधारण नागरिकांना रांगांत उभे राहण्यास तसेच शंभराच्या वर बळी देण्यास
भाग का पाडले? तर्कशुद्ध
पद्धतीने जर पावले उचलली असती तर सर्वसामान्य नागरिकांना त्रास न होता काळा पैसा

शेवटचा मुद्दा भारताचे जवळजवळ १००% नागरिक
स्वतःच्या खात्यात पंधरा लाख रुपये जमा होण्याची वाट पाहत आहेत.
माझ्या एक शास्त्रिय व व्यवहारात आणण्यासारखी व मतदानात
उपयोगी अशी पद्धत पाहण्यात आली. प्रत्येकांने मत देण्यायोग्य उमेदवार कसा असावा
त्याचे निकष स्वतःच ठरवावयाचे. हे निकष वापरुन निवडणुकीला उभा राहिलेल्या
प्रत्येकाला गुण द्यावयाचे. ज्याला गुण जास्त तो मत देण्यायोग्य असे समजावयाचे. ही
पद्धत सोपी व मनातील सर्व भ्रम दूर करणारी आहे. येथे पहाः
मी माझे निकष निवडले. त्यामध्ये मी उमेदवाराच्या
निष्ठेला प्राधान्य दिले. निष्ठा म्हणजे कोठल्या तरी एका पक्षावर निष्ठा असणे किंवा
कोठल्याच पक्षावर नसणे. ते माहित करुन घेण्याकरिता प्रत्येक राजकिय पक्षाने (तसेच
शासनाने अपक्ष उमेदवाराकरिता) आपली वेबसाईट बनवून तीवर सभासद नोंदणी केली पाहिजे. या
नोंदणीतील किमान काही माहिती सर्वसाधारण जनतेला पाहण्यासाठी उघड ठेवली पाहिजे.
माझ्या मते उमेदवाराने आपली निष्ठा जर गेल्या सलग सहा वर्षांत बदलली नसेल तर तो
निष्ठावान समजावा व त्याला पू्र्ण गुण द्यावेत. सध्याच्या स्थितीत जर निवडणुकीपूर्वी
काही दिवसात निष्ठा बदलली असेल तर त्याची माहिती मिळू शकते. काही उमेदवार वर्तमान
पद शाबूत राहावे म्हणून निष्ठा बदलण्यात दिरंगाई करतात. अशा उमेदवारांना या एकाच
निकषावर नाकारावे. ती पद्धत विस्ताराने येथे पाहण्यास मिळेलः
