What do Farmers expect from the Government? Is it possible to make a Common Man RICH?
Farmer can be easily freed from the clutches of loans from various agencies. Example of a politician is quite important to understand how to become rich in a few years. Contractors and traders also know ways and means to make money. They take little more time though. In fact the government should make provision of training classes from these successful persons to farmers. Once the farmers are well trained there is no need to waive off loans taken by farmers. In fact the situation could be reversed. However, in democracy no one can be forced even for good cause. Hence we must consider some time consuming solutions too.

Two Ways to Integrate India (Democracy)

Diversity is strength of India. In fact it should be in every country all over the world. There is no need to unify Indian culture. Integration is needed of hearts and not brains. Indians need to follow the well traded path of understanding others with different religion or caste or place of living or any other difference. This understanding ensured that No external power succeeded in converting Indians to their religion. This means only a few accepted foreign religion but a large majority still followed Indian religions.

Vote Bank and Faith of Politician in India

Vote Bank and Faith of Politician in India

Vote Bank
Since independence vote bank politics is the short cut to power. Politicians have divided citizens in groups basically based on religion and caste. There are other criteria also to form groups. These groups are formed so that the group votes for a specific politician or political party. Groups are easier to lure and satisfy group demand(s). Voting is not compulsory so only certain groups vote in the election. Naturally a politician, who is successful in forming group and ensuring the group votes, wins election. In Indian constitution there is no provision to ensure that almost all vote in the election. Hence forming group and luring them to vote has become short cut to power.  Vote bank is possible only when a portion of voters vote. If 100% voters exercise their right it would be difficult for politicians to win election based on vote bank. There are some more complications like Aya Ram-Gaya Ram, which need to be resolved for smooth functioning of democracy.

Lokshahi Aavshyak SudharNa

CONSTITUTION of INDIA

My Expectations from the Government

My Expectations from the Government:
It is claimed that ex IAS officer Shri Godbole in his book referred to an incidence in which late Yashwantrao Chavan then Finance minister suggested to then prime minister late Indira Gandhi to carry out demonetization. However, Indira Gandhi didn’t accept it saying it would result in voters parting with her political party. Presently bothe politicians are no more and it is difficult to decide how much is truth in the statement in the book. It is not clear why NaMoJi needed support of this? Further, presently resources available to carryout war against black money are improved to a great extent. There are thousands of experts available to NaMoJi because he is the prime minister of our great country. He could have taken action systematically so that goal could have achieved without placing citizens in queues and allowing them to die. Even if generation of black money in future would have been the aim it could have been achieved through a solution I found here.

Is there a solution to fulfil public demand & provide a solution for these demands and future demands also while integrating India?

Near past shows that citizens are asking for reservation in education & jobs and mostly in politics also. This is leading to widening of gap among various religions-castes-languages-states. There is urgent need to find a solution and implement it. Swami Vivekananda had thought over this problem during 19th century. Great social workers like Mahatma Gandhi did work on this problem. However, we do not have a political leader with adequate strength to implement the solution suggested/recommended by our great social leaders.

Expectations from Ruling Political Party

BJP claims to be a political party with difference. I take it BJP is different from all other political parties and works for nation and citizens. If that is so BJP must prove it through her actions. I would request BJP to undertake these jobs to prove her claim is right:-
1.   Loyalty of politicians must be given highest priority. Politicians must be loyal to themselves meaning either they join a party and remain loyal to that party or remain an independent candidate in politics. This loyalty must be checked at the time of filing application for contesting election. Politician must be loyal for a period of at least 6 years. If loyalty is changed from the date of change the politician must not be allowed to contest any election for a period of 6 years. As far as democracy is concerned this provision shall solve all difficulties including “Aya Ram GayaRam”. More here:

Central Authority for Investigating Agencies.

Indian constitution provides powers for certain Institutions. Legislature, Executive and Judiciary are considered to be the three Pillars of Indian democracy;  Media is added as the 4th pillar but without any authority (i.e. not included in the constitution..  All these together keep the Governance of our Democracy on even keel.

Following Information in details can be found by a click on this:
Executive is cabinet based and has joint responsibility. Executive are rulers

Does Elected Candidate Represent a Common Man?

Does Elected Candidate Represent a Common Man?
In my opinion the answer is negative. Our Democracy is based on western values & methods. Majority is a key word in democracy. However, there is no right rule to determine majority of citizens. Majority is considered based on votes polled and not on votes in the constituency. There is a need revise election system followed at present. In present system a person may win election by getting support of 15% voters. For declaring winning candidates there is only 1 criterion of maximum votes polled for a candidate. It is observed that polling is around 50% or less. Only in a few constituencies polling is higher than 50%. Generally candidates in the arena are around 5 or more. Therefore, if a candidate gets 30% of polled votes he/she is declared as elected. This means if a candidate gets support of 15% citizens in a constituency he/she gets elected. This is ridiculous that such a candidate is considered as representative of people of that constituency.  Ideal would be unanimous election. This is not practicable though. In my opinion minimum 35% of voters from voters’ list for a constituency should be the minimum criteria in addition to the highest votes gained by a candidate in the constituency. This means even if a certain candidate gets highest votes for in a constituency, he/she shall not be declared elected unless votes gained are over 35% of listed voters in the constituency. Percentage of 35 is taken from the general criterion for passing an examination. This could be increased based on experience and studies made from time to time. Those candidates who fail to get elected shall be debarred from contesting any election for a continuous period of 6 years from the date of declaring result of election.

India needs integration:

Disintegration
In fact this is a global need of today. Every nation in the world needs integration. No nation in the world can afford to have different parties or groups with different concepts of solutions to their obstacles or problems. Disintegration leads to differences among groups. Further effect is quarrels leading to fights where in every group try to prove superiority using his/her energy totally against rival group. Thus the energy/resources needed for development of nation are wasted in internal fight. There is every possibility of some external agency would take advantage of this situation for its own prosperity or some advantage. There are many factors (reasons) which result in disintegration. Thermodynamics says natural tendency is disintegration. This science calls it as entropy. There is no single definition for entropy. It is sufficient to understand it as disintegration. This means natural tendency is disintegration. This raises a question when we always praise nature and advocate going with nature why should we go against entropy? The reason is simple. We don’t have enough strength to fight with nature for every issue. Moreover, in almost every case submission to nature is advantageous for us. The only exception may be integration in a society, which is known today as nation. (There is a great possibility that some time in future whole world or the universe may be accepted as society. This is a dream of Indian philosophy since a long time).

What is Opposition Party?

There is a difference in ancient Indian system and western system of democracy. In Indian system the king had basic responsibility of security of citizens. Indians of every village had their own government and was known as “Panchayat”. Almost all actions were controlled by the Panchayat. King had been the appellant authority. Decision of the king had been final verdict and had to be implemented. With change in circumstances this system developed certain disadvantages. Later Indians were ruled by western power. Initially Indians were educated in England. This might be the reason why India adopted western system of democracy instead of modifying ancient system of Panchayat. Later India did this but failed to modify older system to suit changes needed at present. Basic advantages of Panchayat are distribution of powers right down to village level and no opposition party. Panchayat is required to find answer for every issue a person in a village comes across. This reduces responsibility and efforts of king i.e. at central level.

General Elections 2014 in India:

General election for parliament (Loksabha) and some of the state Legislative Assemblies are due during the year 2014. Present analyses indicate that no single party can gain even simple majority in the house. Hence, government would be formed after some of the parties combine together for the purpose of proving majority for forming government. These parties may claim that they would be working based on a common minimum programme acceptable to all parties. However, in practice the picture is different. Each and every party is interested in implementing individual party programme. The only common programme implemented is grabbing every opportunity for improving self state of every member of the house, both ruling and in opposition. There is a need to deal with such a possibility. Amalgamation of parties is no solution. In my opinion the concept of ruling party and opposition party must change. When every member of the house wants (at least theoretically) improvement in the condition of a common man why there should be a party in opposition. All members must be considered on the same side of the fence. If this concept is accepted then a solution is available for suchresults of election(s).

Ruling Political Party

Facility of storing money in small size (high denomination notes) makes it easy for corrupt people to store their wealth acquired from unethical means. Expenditure on election campaign by the candidates is another reason for corruption. A solution is needed for these 2 issues. Prior preparations are must to resolve these issues. I would take high denomination solution first.

Question from a common man:

I received following mail. I have given my thinking in italics. I would appeal to all to place their respective comments here. Thank you all.
We live in a nation where
Police Helping Senior Citizen
1.            Rice is Rs.40/- per kg and Simcard is free: Reason is simple buying a simcard means spending on calls. Simcard user pays after getting it. Rice buyer doesn't pay any thing once bought.
Modern ambulance

Village Ambulance
2.            Pizza reaches home faster than Ambulance and Police: Pizza supplier gets paid only after pizza is supplied. Police is paid whether they do their job or not.
3.            Car loan @ 5% but education loan @ 12%: Manufacturers' pay the difference in interest rate by adding the cost to the loan amount.

Why Prime Minister of India not be a Hindu?

Parliament House, India
Hindu-Muslim_shikh PMs of India
Why Prime Minister of India not be a Hindu?
Supreme Commander of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS in short) Shri Mohan Bhagvat expressed why Prime Minister of India (PM) cannot be a staunch Hindu? He asked two questions. First what is Secularism and second why PM should not be a staunch Hindu? Sinceindependence India had Hindu PM, most of the time. Exceptions are Late Shri Rajeev Gandhi and present PM Dr. Man Mohan Singh. None has objected to religion of any of the PMs. No one objects PM being a Hindu. In fact ancient Indian religion is the onlyreligion which is universal and eternal. This possible because it is in 2 partsviz. philosophy and laws. Laws are based on time, society, and place and are allowed to be changed/modified by selfless intelligent persons. However there shall be objection for PM being a staunch Hindu. India needs and wants a secular minded PM. Shri Atal Behari Bajpai, heading BJP led government had been secular.

Fundamental Reason for Corruption and Solution

Petition: Save India:

Petition Save India:
In democracy it is believed that elected candidates represent citizens and work for aspiration of the people. Past experience shows that approximately 15% of total voters in an election constituency are adequate to get elected. Fundamental reason is 50% or more don't vote at all. There are many contestants in which 3-4 are of major consideration. Therefore even 15% or less voters vote for a particular candidate the candidate gets elected. How can a candidate elected by 15% voters be people's representative? Ideally the candidate who is supported by 100% voters should be considered as people's representative. In practice it is difficult. The other solution should be the candidate should be supported by over 50% or 33% voters. This should be considered as a reasonable criterion. In order to fulfil this criterion almost all voters must vote.

Are RTRs Practicable?

Right To Recall
Right TO Reject
There are 2 RTRs demanded by people of India. First, is Right To Recall and second is Right To Reject. Demand for Right To Recall appears to be more. A group of people in state of Gujarat is trying to convince people using face book and other internet media. There is a small video clip explaining how it should be implemented. Honourable Anna Hazare also has included this in the JanLokpal Bill but has a different method for implementation. It appears that Right To Reject has not been given serious thought as yet.

Citizens' Charter and Voters' List:

Honourable Anna Hazare has forced the government to accept minimum 3 demands. One of the demands is "Citizens' Charter". The government had no difficulty in accepting this demand. It already exists for every government office. However, it is hardly implemented in practice. Every office is liable for maintaining Standing Orders (both issued by higher office and the same office), Emergency Orders and Fire Orders. These orders clearly indicate working and actions to be taken under different conditions. Higher office issues standing orders for subordinate offices giving responsibilities and powers to various categories of employees. Orders issued by the office shows names of employees for a particular responsibility. Hence there is never a doubt about powers and responsibilities. With change in the office head and employees the orders are updated. However, this is not meticulously followed in many of the offices.
