Indians are film lovers. Many films give message and Indian do care for those messages. Some of the films have changed Indians. In my opinion this quality should be utilised  by film makes. There is no need to be afraid off that the film may not run for weeks. It can become a memorable film if it contains masala with message.

Should Lord Rama be the Idol of all Indians?

A large majority of Indians (Over 80%) consider Lord Rama as the god. In reality he cannot be the god. Maharshi (Great saint) divides people in 4 groups. First those who help others even at their own cost. Such This category is termed as Dev (The god). Second category is those who help others but not at their own cost. This category is labeled as Manav (Human beings). Third category is of persons who never help any one else but harm every one but never at their own cost. This category is Danav (Demon). Last category is or persons who harm others even at their own cost. They are named as Rakshas (Sorry I don't know equivalent English word). Ram had been in the fist category so was the god. He is worshiped by all because of his character and strength. A large population of Indian Muslims are misguided

Is Nuclear Energy Safe for India?

The government of India is firm on development of power stations using nuclear energy. On the other hand local population is against such plants in their area. However, neither the government nor the people consider this from the point of view of inescapable necessity of power for development of the nation.

India claims to be a secular democratic nation. However none of the political parties follow this fundamental principle of the constitution. Communist parties do not go by old religions. They have communism as their religion.

चटईक्षेत्र निर्देशांक व नगररचना:

अंकगणिताच्या हिशेबाने चटईक्षेत्र निर्देशांक वाढवल्यास सदनिकांचे भाव कमी होतील हे म्हणणे अगदी बरोबर आहे. परंतु व्यवहारात हे गणित चुकीचे ठरेल. 2 अथवा 3 चटईक्षेत्र निर्देशांक मंजूर केल्यास तेवढ्याच जागेवर दुप्पट अथवा तिप्पट सदनिका बांधल्या जातील. सदनिकेच्या किंमतीत सध्या, जागेच्या किंमतीचा भाग मोठा आहे.

राजकारणी लोकांची मानसिकता वेगळी असते. लोकांच्या गळी आपले म्हणणे उतरविण्याकरिता ते कांहीही करू शकतात. दाभोळ वीज प्रकल्पाचे उदाहरण फार जुने नाही. अरबी समुद्रात प्रकल्प बुडविण्याची भाषा करत तो वाढीव क्षमतेसह त्यांच राजकारण्यांनी मंजूर केला. पीएमपीएलकडे पुरेसा निधी असतानाही काही ना काही मुद्दे उपस्थित करून बस खरेदी लांबवली.

ज्ञानाकरिता अभ्यास का व कसा करावा?

ज्ञानाकरिता अभ्यास म्हणजे व्यवहारांत जन्मभर पुरणारी शिदोरी. फक्त गुणवत्ता यादीत येण्याकरिता अभ्यास करणे हे ध्येय चांगले परंतु, उत्तम नव्हे.

परिक्षेत उत्तम गुण किंवा चांगले गुण किंवा फक्त उत्तीर्ण होणे एवढेच ध्येय बाळगणे ही पुढील आयुष्याकरिता  धोक्याची घंटा समजावी. व्यवहारांत पाठांतर करुन लिहलेली उत्तरे कामी येत नाहीत.

रहदारीचे नियम तोडणाराना धडा शिकवा!

प्रत्येक समस्येवर उपाय असतोच. समस्या भयंकर तर उपायही तितकेच भयंकर असू शकतात. कांही वर्षापूर्वी वाचले होते की एका मराठी माणसाला आफ्रिकेतील एका देशात रस्ता वाहतुक शिस्त पाहून आश्चर्य वाटले. विचारल्यावर चालकाने जे सांगितले ते ऐकुन त्याचा विश्वासच बसला नाही.

भारतातील शिक्षण व्यवस्था.

भारतातील पुरातन पद्धत म्हणजे पाठांतर करणे. त्यामध्ये शब्द व शब्दोच्चार याना महत्त्व होते. तसेच त्यामध्ये दोन प्रकारचे विद्यार्थी तयार केले जात असत. पहिला प्रकार फक्त पाठांतरनिपुण. हे विद्यार्थी एका पिढीकडून दुसऱ्या पिढीकडे ग्रंथ पोहचवण्याचे काम करीत. दुसरा प्रकार म्हणजे ज्ञानांत तरबेज.

At the start of civilisation the basic need was food and water. Rivers could provide these needs so the settlement continued where water was easily available. Things changed as the man found methods to carry water and transportation became fundamental need of the man. Therefore, communication methods gained priority over water. Today, development takes place along the road or railway or sea shore or rivers with water round the year etc. meaning facility of transportation. Town planning also takes this in to consideration apart from other indexes like pollution, trees, environment etc. While doing this advantage of existing cities and infrastructure available should be taken in to consideration. In short future planning should develop communication system first, and then establish townships.

नागरिकांचा अर्थसंकल्पात सहभाग:

महानगरपालिकांनी नागरिकांना अर्थसंकल्पात सहभागी करून घेण्याचा चांगला उपक्रम चालू केला आहे. परंतु, नागरिकांचा प्रतिसाद उत्साहवर्धक नाही. त्याला काही कारणे आहेत. त्यावर उपाययोजना केल्यास नागरिक नक्कीच उत्साह दाखवतील व महानगरपालिकांचा हेतु साध्य होईल. नागरिकांनाही ईप्सित सेवा मिळतील.

Would Jan Lokpal Bill serve as deterrent and India would be corruption less country?

I received an email appealing to join Anna Hazare and other dignitaries for pressing for "Jan Lokpal Bill". All those demanding this bill are scholars in their individual area; they are not corrupt and are ready to even die for the cause. However, my personal opinion differs to some extent. Firstly, no punishment can deter corrupt people and they would find a way to continue their corrupt activities.
